01 · Project context
Building a Professional Employee Health and Recovery Environment
The project site was designed as a bright, contemporary activity and health-management center for employees. The environment combines rest areas with health-related equipment, so the chamber needed to support a controlled service workflow without compromising the clean architectural character of the facility.
For an institutional client, dependability also extends beyond appearance. Equipment access, operator visibility, surrounding clearance, power and ventilation conditions, user entry and routine service all need to be considered before delivery.
Following a review of the intended application and available space, Ueerl selected the V3 premium single-user hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Its 1.3–2.0 ATA pressure range, room-style rigid structure, external and internal controls, oxygen-delivery system and separate host unit created a complete configuration for a professionally managed setting.
The objective was clear: establish a comfortable, technically capable and operationally manageable hyperbaric oxygen environment that could support the center’s long-term employee health program. 02 · Solution planning
Planning the Chamber Around the Site
Our project team considered the complete installation environment before the chamber reached the site. This included equipment dimensions, delivery access, final orientation, operator approach, user entry, support-module placement, electrical conditions and the clearances required for daily use and service.
The V3 was positioned beside large windows in a dedicated room with generous natural light. The chamber’s white enclosure and metallic trim complement the restrained interior palette, while its warm internal lighting, air conditioning, ventilation and 170° electric recliner create a more comfortable environment for structured hyperbaric oxygen sessions.
This site-led approach helps reduce installation uncertainty and ensures the chamber is treated as part of the client’s operating environment rather than as an isolated piece of equipment.

04 · Manufacturing assurance
Quality Control Before On-Site Delivery
Reliable site execution begins at the factory. The chamber was integrated and checked as a complete system before shipment.
Ueerl’s in-house manufacturing and engineering teams coordinate the pressure-resistant chamber structure, pressure-control system, 93%±3% oxygen-generation and delivery system, electrical connections, intelligent dual-control interface, ventilation, communication and multiple safety functions. Selected Thomas pressurization, Honeywell UOP oxygen-generation and SMC air-control components support stable system performance.
Pre-delivery inspection is intended to identify issues before they affect the site schedule. It also supports a more structured installation and commissioning process for institutional projects where access windows and operational planning may be tightly managed.

05 · On-site implementation
Installed, Commissioned and Checked in Its Final Environment
After the V3 arrived in Huzhou, the system was positioned according to the agreed layout. The chamber body, external support module and surrounding equipment were organized to maintain a clear entry path and accessible operating area.
Commissioning covered the functions required for routine use, including chamber sealing, pressure control, oxygen supply, ventilation, communication, the external interface and normal and manual pressure-management functions. The final check was performed with the chamber in its actual operating environment.
For Ueerl, delivery is complete only after the chamber has been placed, connected, tested and clearly handed over for managed daily use.
