Ueerl Customer Case · Shanghai, China
A Complete V3 Project Delivered from Planning to Handover
Delivering a hyperbaric oxygen chamber is not simply a matter of shipping equipment. A successful project requires careful planning, reliable manufacturing, coordinated installation, comprehensive testing and clear operational training.
When Shang Hai Cell Happiness Biomedicine planned to introduce a professional oxygen wellness environment at its Shanghai facility, the Ueerl team managed the project as a complete delivery assignment. From understanding the client’s requirements and evaluating the installation space to production, commissioning and staff familiarization, every stage was coordinated as part of one integrated process.
The completed project demonstrates how Ueerl transforms an initial requirement into a fully installed and operational chamber solution, supported by accountable engineering service from beginning to end.

01 · Understanding the project
Starting with the Client’s Space and Operating Needs
At the beginning of the project, our team focused on how the chamber would be used and how it would integrate into the existing facility. Capacity and pressure configuration were important, but the final result also depended on the access route, equipment position, operator workflow, supporting conditions and relationship between the chamber and the surrounding interior.
After reviewing these requirements, Ueerl recommended the V3 Premium Edition hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Its single-user room-style configuration provides a private and spacious experience while remaining suitable for professional indoor environments.
Create a professional oxygen wellness space that combines dependable operation, user comfort, efficient use of floor space and a premium visual presentation.
02 · Solution planning
Matching the V3 Chamber to the Shanghai Facility
Site compatibility is one of the most important factors in a chamber project. Before production and delivery, the Ueerl team reviewed the intended placement and supporting equipment arrangement so that the chamber could be installed with clear access for operation and routine service.
The V3’s white body and champagne-gold detailing complement the clean, professional interior of Shang Hai Cell Happiness Biomedicine. Instead of appearing as an isolated industrial device, the chamber becomes a considered part of the overall service environment.
This balance between engineering and spatial presentation is especially important for biomedical organizations, health-management centers and other professional spaces where both operation and user experience matter.
03 · End-to-end execution
One Coordinated Process from Confirmation to Operation
Every stage was connected and managed by the Ueerl team, reducing the need for the client to coordinate multiple unrelated suppliers.
- 01
Requirement Analysis
Confirming the application, capacity, space and operating priorities.
- 02
Site Coordination
Reviewing access, placement, supporting conditions and service clearances.
- 03
Production and QC
Completing manufacturing, system integration and factory inspection.
- 04
Delivery and Installation
Coordinating transportation, positioning and system connections.
- 05
Commissioning
Testing pressure, controls, oxygen supply, ventilation and safety functions.
- 06
Training and Handover
Demonstrating operation, routine care and safety procedures.
04 · Manufacturing and quality
Quality Control Before the Chamber Left the Factory
Once the project configuration was confirmed, the V3 entered Ueerl’s in-house production and inspection process.
As a manufacturer with independent research and development and in-house production capabilities, Ueerl controls the principal stages of chamber manufacturing and system integration. Before shipment, our team reviewed the chamber structure, sealing, pressure-management system, oxygen-supply components, electrical connections, intelligent control interface, communication functions, ventilation and safety mechanisms.
This preparation helps reduce uncertainty during installation and allows our engineers to arrive at the project site with a defined commissioning plan. The chamber is treated as one complete system rather than a collection of separately supplied components.
Air Tightness
Sealing and pressure-retention inspection.
Pressure System
Pressurization, control and relief testing.
System Integration
Control, oxygen, ventilation and communication checks.
Safety Verification
Electrical, valve and emergency-function inspection.
05 · On-site delivery
Installation and Commissioning with a Clear Handover Standard
After factory inspection, the V3 was transported to the Shanghai project site. Ueerl engineers coordinated equipment positioning, system connections and final placement according to the planned layout.
Installation was followed by structured commissioning. The team checked chamber sealing, pressure stability, oxygen supply, intelligent controls, ventilation, communication and automatic and manual pressure-management functions. A complete operating cycle was conducted before handover.
A Ueerl project is not complete when the chamber arrives. It is complete when the system has been installed, tested and clearly handed over in its actual operating environment.
06 · Operational handover
On-Site Training for Confident Daily Operation
Professional equipment needs clear procedures as well as dependable hardware. Following commissioning, the Ueerl team conducted an on-site introduction and operating demonstration.
Staff members were guided through the main stages of daily chamber management, including pre-use inspection, system start-up and shutdown, control settings, communication, pressure-management procedures, routine cleaning and essential safety precautions.
The hands-on session allowed participants to inspect the chamber, experience the interior environment and observe the complete operating workflow. This practical training helps establish consistent procedures and gives operators greater confidence from the first day of use.
- Pre-operation equipment inspection
- Intelligent control-panel operation
- Pressurization and decompression
- Internal and external communication
- Routine cleaning and maintenance
- Emergency and manual pressure release
